Michael Lohan Gushes About Baby With Kate Major 'He's The Reason To Move On, Let Go Of The Past'

Could the pitter-patter of tiny feet be softening Michael Lohan up some?

The often controversial show business dad tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that since welcoming his new baby boy, Landon Major Lohan, with Kate Major last week, he has a sunny new outlook on life.

"I am so, so happy and so proud of Kate! Landon has given us both new beginnings in a lot of ways!" Lohan says. "This child is a blessing and he has given me a real reason to move on!

"I wish others would let go of the past and do the same!" The fiery father, who's been publicly outspoken about his daughter Lindsay's well-chronicled legal and substance abuse issues over the years.

Michael, who now has six kids in total, tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that, "Everyone has a chance of a new and promising future, but it's up to them to take the steps and put their heart in the right place when doing so!"

The devout dad continued, "From there, God leads their way as He has ours!"

As previously reported, Michael has four children with ex-wife Dina Lohan and after a recent paternity test, it was proven he also has a 17-year-old daughter with a Montana massage therapist. Landon is Kate’s first child.
