Papa Lohan appeared on a television show where he took a DNA test and found out that Ashley is in fact his fifth child who he conceived with his former mistress Kristy Horn more than 17 years ago, but has been denying he was the father ever since.
After the big reveal on The Trisha Goddard Show, Michael is trying to make amends with his daughter.
“While I am sorry this took so long, we finally have the answer, we are all okay with it and we will deal with it in the best way!” Michael exclusively told RadarOnline.com.
In the sneak peek of the episode obtained by RadarOnline.com, Ashley refuses to let her father hug her after the news is announced and her mother burst into tears.
Dina Lohan’s ex has denied that he had a secret relationship with Kristy in the 90s that resulted in a love child, but now he’s faced with the truth and has only kind words about them.
“Kristi and Ashley have been really good about it! She's a wonderful kid!”
On the show Ashley expressed fear about being part of the notorious family.
"I don't want to be a part of the Lohan trainwreck.”
Michael is about to become a father for the sixth time when his girlfriend, Kate Major, gives birth to their son in a few months.
