Wearing a nude, sparkling lingerie set with fishnet tights, the voluptuous reality star confidently pranced around the stage looking nearly naked during her first official night as the star, Bo Peep, of the popular show.

Coco is filling the bra and panties of Holly Madison, who left the show shortly before announcing she was pregnant with her first child.

"It's an exhilarating feeling to be practically naked, but you know I was just hoping that people would like my body," Coco gushed to Vegas.com about her new gig. "I've been working out really hard lately."
