The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Camille Grammer, and her former husband, Kelsey, have finally reached a financial settlement more than a year after their divorce was granted, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
"Camille and Kelsey had a post divorce conference scheduled for December 20, but it has been taken off calendar because they hashed out a settlement within the last few days," a source tells RadarOnline.com. "Even though their divorce was granted in February 2011, they had been unable to reach a financial agreement until this time. Camille and Kelsey had a very complicated settlement because of the properties they owned together and various investments."
Famed attorney, Neil Hersh repped Camille during the nearly two year divorce battle.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Camille had an emotional sit-down with Anderson Cooper recently where she dished about her on-going divorce drama and claimed that her children are banned from saying her name in their father's house!
When asked how "co-parenting" with Kelsey was going, she replied, "Thank you for asking that but it's very difficult to co-parent with
someone who won't speak to you, text you or email you.
"He doesn't speak to me at all. So it's very, very difficult because I've reached out to him. I think it's very important to be amicable to raise children and he refuses to. There's just so much I can do at this point," said the reality star sadly.
The former Playboy model and the Frasier star had two children together, Mason Olivia, 11, and Jude Gordon, 8, both were born to a surrogate mother. Rather than talk voice-to-voice, Camille said the feuding couple communicate through lawyers. "So we are spending a fortune just to try to co-parent, which is ridiculous," Camille, 44, told the Anderson Live host.

"The kids at this point, which is kind of sad I found this out, that they are not allowed to say my name in the house," Grammer said. "So these poor kids, my daughter and my son can't say my name in their father's house."
The former Cheers star has since married British former flight attendant, Kayte Grammer, and the couple recently welcomed the birth of infant daughter, Faith.
Meanwhile, Camille has been dating hunky Texas lawyer, Dimitri Charalambopoulos, for more than a year.
Terms of the financial settlement will remain confidential.
