Kelsey Grammer took yet another jab at ex-wife Camille on Piers Morgan Tonight, saying he thought she "married me because I was Frasier."
The Emmy-winning star of TV shows such as Cheers and Frazier told Morgan that the stint on Bravo's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was his "parting gift" to his ex, who he's currently in a nasty custody battle with after their divorce following 14 years of marriage.
Grammer said of the Real Housewives: "Whether or not it worked well for her doesn't matter -- it was my way of saying, 'Look, you always wanted to be famous. Here you go.' "
Grammer’s public breakup with Camille was chronicled throughout her appearance on the reality show; he said that while reality TV isn't a particularly proud path to stardom, the fame that comes with it was what Camille most craved.
"You still get all those things that come along for the ride, which I think is what she was most interested in," he said.

In October 2010, Kelsey announced he’d found a new love -- Virgin Atlantic flight attendant Kayte Walsh, who was pregnant with their child; sadly, the couple suffered a miscarriage, but became engaged in December 2010 and wed in February 2011.
Grammer also talked politics with Morgan, saying he fully supports same sex marriage.
"I think marriage is up to two people that love each other, and if you find a church that you want to get married in, you go right ahead." Grammer said.
Grammer's new show Boss premieres on Starz on Friday, October 21 at 10/9c.
