Kim Kardashian got really famous, in part, thanks to Ray J and the notoriety/sex symbol status she gained when their infamous roll-in-the-hay hit the market.

Fast forward five years though, and she doesn't even want to be in the same room with him.

Kim -- whose boyfriend Kanye West was in Paris for Fashion Week -- was there with her family to remember the life of her late father, legal great Robert Kardashian, on the morose nine-year anniversary of his September 30, 2003 death from esophageal cancer.

Meanwhile, as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Kanye's own caught-on-camera bout between the sheets has surfaced.

A twenty minute tape of the rapper doing the deed with a Kim look-a-like is currently being shopped around.
