Kate Middleton has faced her topless scandal with her head held high, and in her first appearance back home in England she wore a modest suit as she braved the crowds, and RadarOnline.com has the photos.

The Duchess of Cambridge, 30, wore a burgundy skirt and jacket by designer Paule Ka with a lacey black camisole, peeking out of the top.

Various international magazines published topless and bottomless photos of Kate that were snapped while she was on vacation with Prince William, causing her much embarrassment before the Palace took legal action to prevent future publication of the scandalous pics.

With her husband by her side, Kate attended the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple where scholarship funds are set up in memory of the late Queen Mother and William’s mother, Diana, Princess of Wales.

Kate is apparently still “deeply upset” by the intrusive photos but is determined they will not overshadow her public role the Mail Online reported.
