The news that a man has been charged with a bizarre murder in Mississippi after he allegedly injected a woman’s buttocks with so much of a silicone-like substance that it killed her has reignited the nightmare of another fake injection victim.

"More and more when I hear these stories about people dying, I get scared and a lot more concerned. I’ve tried to keep a positive frame of mind but this resurfaces the fears that I have," Raj Narinesingh told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

As we previously reported, the preoperative transsexual was the third known victim to receive toxic cement injections from Oneal Ron Morris in 2006 to make her look more feminine, but the distorted results were a far cry from the face of her dreams and she was left with hideous lumps in her face and body.

Narinesingh, from Miami, Florida, was reacting to the revelation that Morris Tracey LynnGarner had injected such huge quantities of the poisonous cocktail into a woman's butt that she suffered fatal blood clots in her lungs.

"I feel like I am a walking time bomb," the self-proclaimed “Cement Face” told RadarOnline.com. "These victims don’t die right away, it’s after the substance has had some time in your body.

"I am very concerned. I thank god every day I am still here. If I get any pain or anything starts to feel weird, I freak out and panic that I am going to die," Raj revealed, unable to fight back the torrent of tears.

"When you hear about people dying, you think, ‘Oh my god, how long am I going to be here?' It’s hovering on my shoulder that I might not have much more time."

Narinesingh underwent yet more agonizing surgery two weeks ago when her doctor tried once and for all to remove the solid concrete lumps from her face. "It was pretty aggressive, I didn’t think it was going to be so invasive. I was out of commission for a week. My eyes were swollen completely shut," she explained.

"He went right into the nodules and blasted them with a laser, I could feel them burning. Then he took another cylinder and stuck it under my skin and sucked it out. There’s still some left but he got a good bit out. It was nasty and I was awake for it! They numbed the pain but they can’t numb the heat -- I could feel the laser blasting and probing," she explained.

"They say some people have to learn the hard way and I certainly did," Raj lamented. "I’ve been dealing with constant medical procedures for six years, I am just ready for it to be over."

As for Morris, she was released from jail on bond last month after being arrested in connection to the death of Shatarka Nuby, 31, who died in March while serving time in a Tallahassee prison.

"I don’t even know what I would do if I saw her," Narinesingh told RadarOnline.com. "I am not one for revenge but I don’t know how I would react – if I would be angry and lash out.
