Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes Divorce Finalized

It's official, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are no longer married.

The A-list couple's divorce was finalized on Monday, according to court records filed in New York City.

Katie, 33, announced her split from Tom on June 29 and as RadarOnline.com first reported, they reached a divorce settlement less than two weeks later.

Katie was given primary legal custody of their six-year-old daughter, Suri, while Tom has "generous visitation" rights.

“Both Katie and Tom have really gone out of their way to make sure the transition between both households is as easy and normal as possible for Suri,” a source close to the family told RadarOnline.com.

Photographs were released last week of Katie's belongings being moved out of the Beverly Hills home she once shared with Tom and she has made New York City her new home, living in the Manhattan apartment she secretly rented before blindsiding Tom with the divorce.
