Goodbye Tom! Katie Holmes Moves Belongings Out Of Beverly Hills Home

Katie Holmes officially moved her belongings out of the $30 million Beverly Hills home she once shared with Tom Cruise, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

A moving and storage truck was photographed outside the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom house by X-17online on Wednesday afternoon.

Tom will keep the mansion, which features a movie theater, tennis court and swimming pool, while Katie will get their Montecito, Calif. home.

After five years of marriage, the 33-year-old actress secretly rented an upscale apartment in New York City just before springing a divorce on Tom in June.

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Tom and Katie plan on taking their daughter Suri to school together for the first day at the end of the month.

"Tom has been filming his latest movie in London but has made plans to be in New York for Suri's first day of school, which will be after Labor Day," a source close to the former couple told RadarOnline.com.

"Tom and Katie have been speaking on the telephone regarding Suri and Katie has been very supportive of Tom wanting to be there when Suri goes to her new school for the first time."
