Maria Menounos Reveals Secrets To Her Hot Bikini Body

How does Maria Menounos keep her bikini body looking bangin'?
After struggling with her weight in her younger years, the smokin' hot Extra! correspondent boasts one of the best bodies to ever grace the Dancing with the Stars stage.
The 34-year-old, who is featured on the July 2012 cover of Shape, reveals all of her stay-fit secrets to the magazine - and RadarOnline.com has the details.
"At college I often indulged in foods like pizza," she explains about her freshman 40 and how she cut back portions to drop the weight. "And I've kept it off for 13 years by eating what I want but in small portions."
With her hectic schedule, it can be difficult to plan her daytime meals, but she makes sure to have healthy snacks at her disposal.
"I try to always have almonds around, but bananas are my staple. They're sweet, satisfying, and give me the energy I need to keep going."
As for her daily dinners, Maria has a garden at home full of herbs, fruits, and vegetables, which she picks every night before she cooks a meal.

"I love to prepare veggie-based meals from my harvest," she says. "I've been cooking since I was 7, and it's truly my passion to create delicious dishes."
As for her workout, Maria breaks a sweat with Los Angeles based trainer Astrid McGuire, and also enjoys going on hikes with her boyfriend Kevin Undergaro and their dogs, and also hitting the basketball court with him daily.
