The Real Housewives are no strangers to plastic surgery, and the latest cast member to get cosmetically tweaked is New Jersey's Jacqueline Laurita -- who recently underwent a dramatic makeover!

A licensed cosmetologist, the 42-year-old appears to have taken the plunge and opted for something far more drastic than skin care and make-up to stay looking fresh-faced, and has exclusive insight into what she's had done.

"Jacqueline appears to be 'not-so-real.' Her face seems to have changed shape, with her cheeks and lips fuller and her forehead smoother and eyebrows altered," celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated the reality star, exclusively told

"I don't suspect she's gone under the knife, but maybe under the needle," Youn said.

"It appears that she's undergone Botox injections to her forehead and eyebrows, and injections of filler into her smile lines, lips, and cheeks. The overall effect is pretty impressive, especially if no surgery was involved."

Melissa Gorga

As previously reported, when she's not concentrating on enhancing her beauty, Jacqueline has been getting into some ugly fights with co-star Teresa Giudice, and the mounting tension between the pair recently hit new heights at Melissa Gorga's record release party.
