David Arquette has officially filed for divorce from his wife, Courteney Cox, on their wedding anniversary, after 13 years of marriage, is reporting.

Arquette and Cox formally separated in October 2010, and the former couple has a daughter together, Coco. The Scream star is seeking joint physical and legal custody of Coco and cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. According to the court docs, Arquette isn't seeking spousal or child support from Cox.

DOCUMENTS: David Arquette Files For Divorce From Courteney Cox

Interestingly, David filed the divorce docs himself, and doesn't have an attorney.

As previously reported, David had been dating Entertainment Tonight hottie, Christina McLarty, but the couple broke up in March.

“Sadly I'm single again,” the Dancing with the Stars alum tweeted at the time. “A long distance relationship proved to be too difficult.''

The duo had been dating since last summer, in what was Arquette’s first high-profile romance since his separation with Cox in October 2010. Cox and Arquette met while filming Scream in 1995, and were married in 1999. The docs don't state if the actors have a pre-nup.
