Feb. 16 2012, Published 9:00 a.m. ET
The New Jersey mansion where Whitney Houston married Bobby Brown, has been listed for sale multiple times, and RadarOnline.com has photos of the house that was home to the late pop star for more than 15 years. According to Zillow.com the home is currently not for sale .
The Bodyguard star passed away on Saturday afternoon after she was found unconscious and unresponsive in her bathtub at the Beverly Hilton. The award winning singer was declared dead by paramedics at the iconic hotel at 3:55 p.m. PST. She was 48.
As RadarOnline.com previously revealed, Whitney's finances were hitting rock bottom before her death.
"Whitney’s fortune is gone,” the source said at the time. “Music industry heavy hitters are supporting her and her label is fronting her cash against her next album, but no one knows when that will be released. She might be homeless if not for people saving her. She is broke as a joke. She called someone to ask for $100."
Houston had previously placed the 12,561 square foot estate up for sale at $2.5 million in 2009, and slashed the price to $1.97 million before taking it off the market at the end of 2011. The house features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and is situated on more than five acres.
The house was featured in Bobby Brown's reality show in 2005, Being Bobby Brown. Houston and Brown were still married at the time.
The photos featured in the listing aren't representative of the house today. A chain link fence now surrounds the property, and the once magnificent estate appears to be badly neglected with overgrown weeds.
The funeral for Whitney Houston will take place on Saturday in Newark, New Jersey.
