Former lovers, Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner met with prosecutors in the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office on February 9, in connection with an alleged physical altercation between the two, but no charges will be filed in the matter and the case is officially closed, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
As previously reported, days before Locklear was rushed to the hospital for mixing prescription pills and booze the 50-year-old beauty had a blowout with ex-fiancé, Jack Wagner, after he drove to her Westlake Village, Calif. home to return some belongings.
Los Angeles City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljian tells RadarOnline.com exclusively: "The parties came in for an office hearing on February 9, 2012. Ms. Locklear and Mr. Wagner had a discussion, and that was the end of it. No charges will be filed in the matter, and the case is closed."
Sources connected to the situation tell RadarOnline.com that Locklear and Wagner had their respective lawyers present, and one prosecutor. It was an "amicable meeting, and there was no need to proceed with any criminal charges since neither one was interested in doing so," the insider says.
The former Melrose Place stars had gotten into the altercation after "a huge argument erupted as they insulted each other's families," a source exclusively told Star, via RadarOnline.com. "As Heather went to her car, Jack lunged at her, trying to grab or push her. Her reaction was to swing.
"She caught Jack with a right hook across his face, knocking him to the ground."
Heather has reportedly refused to seek help for her alcohol and prescription drug use.
