The frantic 9-1-1 call made from Heather Locklear’s Westlake home around 2:30 p.m. PST on Thursday was made by her older sister Colleen and RadarOnline.com has exclusive details about why it was made.

“Colleen was worried about Heather’s state of mind and they were afraid she was going to harm herself,” a source told RadarOnline.com.

“She was afraid Heather was going to harm herself because of her drinking mixed with medication.”

The 50-year-old blonde bombshell called off her engagement to Jack Wagner last year just months after announcing it, but their on-off-on tumultuous relationship is taking a toll on her.

“She is distraught over her relationship with Jack, it is on and off and it has upset her lately,” the source said.

“Her sister called 9-1-1 because she was worried about Heather.”

The source tells RadarOnline.com that cops were dispatched to the house along with medical personnel, and 9-1-1 personnel were at the house for an hour before Locklear was taken to the hospital.
