It was a family affair for the Beckhams on Sunday when David led the Los Angeles Galaxy to victory in the MLS cup final while wife Victoria cheered him on with their four children, and RadarOnline.com has photos of their celebration.
After the stunning victory, the soccer star excitedly held the silver cup high above his head and kissed it passionately as cheering fans surrounded him and his teammates.
The 1-0 win over the Houston Dynamo in Carson, California, could mark Beckham's last match in L.A. as his five-year contract ends in December and there is mounting speculation that he may pack up his balls and move to France to play for Paris St. Germain.
The 36-year-old is nearing the end of his athletic career, and the move to a European club would not only be a fitting end but also keep him in mind for selectors for the upcoming 2012 Olympics.
For his final landmark win, the golden-footed player was joined in the celebratory crowd by his sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, all wearing warm Galaxy scarves, as Victoria kept baby Harper warm and snug in a luxury suite.
"We are so, so proud of David!!!!! what an emotional night and a great party!!!! X VB" the fashion designer tweeted on Monday.
Also in attendance for the landmark match were reality chef Gordon Ramsey and Eva Longoria, who are both close friends with the couple.
“A lot of people said if we didn’t win tonight it would have been an unsuccessful five years,” Beckham said after the match, “It’s nice to keep a few people quiet.”
