"Ashton is concerned that the ratings are dropping each week. However, to be fair, the season premiere of Two and a Half Men last year when Charlie Sheen was still on the show, had around 16 million people tuning in," a source close to Kutcher reveals.

As previously reported, Kutcher is telling friends and associates that he is expecting his wife, Demi Moore, to file for divorce following a humiliating and very public a tryst he had with a woman half his wife's age.
