Mel Gibson wanted Oksana Grigorieva's bodyguard murdered, according to the man's last will and testament - an extraordinary and bizarre document that RadarOnline.com has uncovered.

EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENT: Kristian Herzog's Last Will And Testament

The astonishing and unbelievable claims were made by Kristian Herzog - a twice-convicted felon who once impersonated a cop with a loaded gun - in an email he sent to Grigorieva on September 17.

"I fear that Mel Gibson may try and have me murdered," the still very much alive Herzog told Oksana, who has alleged the Oscar-winning director/actor punched her twice in the head as she held their infant daughter Lucia.

"I was told that my actions supporting Oksana Grigorieva have greatly disturbed and angered Mel Gibson and that he has made comments about having me killed."

The murder-for-hire plot is the latest shocking charge from Herzog, who claimed he and Grigorieva were romantically involved - an allegation the Russian musician, 40, dismissed as "ridiculous".

In the will - in which Herzog called Grigorieva "my best friend in the world" - he left "100% of any and all that I own or control" to the mother-of-two who is embroiled in bitter court and criminal cases with Gibson.

He also touted the reasons why the actor, 54, supposedly wanted him killed, including the sensational charge that the actor had four mistresses who Herzog had been trying to expose.

"I am also the one that has been trying to get all of Mel Gibson's 4 other mistresses (NOT V.K.) and former staff to come forward and tell the truth about how Mel Gibson assaulted and abused Oksana Grigorieva and her children," Herzog wrote.

V.K. was an apparent reference to Polish porn star Violet Kowal, who claimed she had a steamy three-month love affair with Gibson at his compound in Malibu and Santa Monica office, around the same time as the Lethal Weapon star's now infamous blowout with Oksana.

Herzog also claimed he and Grigorieva felt previous lawyers "were working in concert with Mel Gibson's attorneys and NOT looking out for Oksana Grigorieva's best legal interests."

He said: "Although I have NO plan to ever take my own life, I am writing this my last will and testament just in case Mel Gibson has me killed."

Gibson successfully sought a restraining order against Herzog in October, prohibiting him from being near he and Oksana's one-year-old daughter, because of his criminal record involving guns.

At the time, Oksana said she was shocked to learn of the one-time key confidante's past.

"He was somebody that was supportive of me," she said. " I didn't know anything about his record.  I'm withdrawing any communication with him."

Three weeks earlier, Herzog wrote in the will: "I hope and pray to grow old with Oksana and always be there for Oksana Grigorieva as her best friend and protector."

He added, "Oksana Grigorieva is the best friend I have ever had, my final wish is for Oksana Grigorieva to have all that is mine, including any profits from any and all book and movie rights about my life.

"With all my heart and soul, thank you Oksana Grigorieva, your mom and dad, your son Alexander and little Lucy, you have been the family I always prayed for, you have been the family I always wanted more then anything in this life, you have been the only real family I have ever had.

"Oksana, in case anything happens to me, I will always love and protect you, no matter where I am, on earth or above it, I will always be there for you."
