Danielle Staub's Wayne Township, New Jersey, mansion is still on the block a year after the former The Real Housewives of New Jersey star first listed it, and RadarOnline.com has now learned it has recently had a huge price reduction and is listed as a "court ordered sale."
'Court Ordered Sale!" blasts the Coldwell Banker listing for the place.
"Priced aggressively to sell," it screams.
Staub, easily the most controversial character on the Bravo series, listed the house for $1,495,000 in September, 2009. It is now offered at $1,095,000.
Described as a Tudor-style colonial, it has 6,000 sq.ft. plus a pool and spa.
Staub is being sued for defamation by her ex-husband Kevin Maher, and her former castmate Jacqueline Launta says "she had a reputation in the community for rampant dishonesty."
