EXCLUSIVE: Oksana's Spokesman Subpoenaed In Mel Gibson Case

The top Hollywood crisis manager who counseled Oksana Grigorieva during the tapes scandal is being sought for a deposition.
RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned Mel Gibson’s legal team this week subpoenaed Steve Jaffe, the spokesman who leapt to Oksana's defense against the claim that she attempted to extort the star for money in exchange for her silence.
It’s understood Team Gibson want to question Jaffe, who once consulted to President Bill Clinton, about what she may have told him behind-the-scenes.
While Mel’s camp moves to continue its questioning of Oksana and her allies, the Oscar-winning actor/director has dodged his own moment of truth -- a second successive scheduled deposition.
Jaffe and Oksana parted ways last month, as we were first to reveal.
“The case was so all encompassing in terms of my time and the strict orders by the judge,” Jaffe told RadarOnline at the time.
“There was frustration from the client, who wanted to defend herself - and rightly so - but also had to follow the judges' orders, so I thought it best I simply resign.”
His short-term replacement, celebrity publicist Howard Bragman, is also wanted for questioning, it’s been reported.
