Talk about an Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition miracle!

A 45-year-old mother has drastically dropped almost 140 pounds in a year, shockingly transforming her figure with the help of the popular show – and RadarOnline.com has all the details about her weight loss journey.

Sally Adams is a tour guide from Washington DC, who gained weight after falling down some stairs and breaking a leg and ended up consuming 10,000 calories a day. Adams topped the scales at 335 pounds before she started losing weight.

“I'm mad at myself for giving up hope. I didn't grow up fat. I would never have guessed that I would be in this situation. I started off as a very fit and thin kid,” she revealed on the show.

Chris Powell, the show’s trainer, put her on a strict 1500-calorie a day diet and grueling fitness routine, which included long workouts at the gym combined with active lifestyle exercising such as paddle boarding and swimming.
