Batman Shooter James Holmes Charged With 24 Counts Of Murder, 116 Counts Of Attempted Murder

Accused Batman shooter James Holmes was charged Monday with 24 counts of first-degree murder and 116 counts of attempted murder, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The 24-year-old California native was charged two counts of first-degree murder for each of the 12 victims he killed in the early morning hours of July 20 during a premiere showing of The Dark Knight Rises in an Aurora, Colorado movie theater.

Holmes also injured 58 audience members during his shooting rampage and was charged Monday with two counts of attempted murder for each of those injured.
The shooter was also charged with one count of possession of explosives for the booby trap he set at his apartment.
Although cameras were not allowed in Monday’s hearing, according to eyewitnesses, Holmes still had the reddish/orange hair, but attempted to style it and appeared more lucid than his first court appearance last week.
