The drama in front of Dance Moms cameras is nothing compared to what goes on behind-the-scenes! RadarOnline.com has obtained exclusive court documents proving Kalani Hilliker's mother Kira Girard was linked to a steroids scandal.
RadarOnline.com recently reported Girard, then known as Kira Salazar, was indicted on four counts of felony theft and one count of attempted theft in Chandler, Arizona in October 2005.
READ THE SHOCKING COURT DOCUMENTS!
"Kira Salazar has been involved in the crime of fraudulently obtaining monies from victims who have entered into an agreement with her to buy Plasma HDTV's that she posted for sell through www.ebay.com," the court papers read of Girard, who stole $15,525 from customers. "Kira Salazar has the buyers send their money to her, via personal check or electronic wire transfer; and then fails to deliver their merchandise or refund their money."
When police arrived at Girard's then-boyfriend Todd Cash's home with a search warrant, syringes and vials were found inside.
"Cash voluntarily admitted to the possession of the syringes and vials found inside the residence," the papers read. "He also stated the syringes contained a substance known as anabolic steroids."
Although he was released at the time, he was later charged with a drug paraphernalia violation and received six months probation.

The court documents also revealed Girard's daughter, believed to be current Dance Moms cast member Hilliker, 15, was at the home at the time of the raid.
"Mr. Cash stated that his girlfriend and her daughter were inside and were in the bedroom," the documents read, "Mrs. Salazar was then transported along with her daughter over to Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Substation."
Although the mother-of-three denied the fraud claims at first, she admitted to officers during questioning, "OK, I did that."
Girard pled guilty and accepted a deal of two years probation and $5,975 in fines.
