Prosecutors presented their final piece of evidence, showing a 3-D animation of the crime scene, which depicted the SUV in the parking lot where Ross Harris pulled over, claiming he had just noticed his unresponsive son. There was a car seat in the back seat in the middle in between the two front seats and a baby doll that that represented Cooper Harris, who was strapped into the restraint and died in the hot car, according to WSB TV in Atlanta. Prosecutors tried to prove that Ross Harris would have seen his son while he was driving and exiting the car from his Home Depot job, and that he would not have been able to forget him and leave him in the car. They showed the jury evidence that they hoped proved that he had planned to murder his son by leaving him to die in the hot car.
Prostitute Daniela Doerr revealed the bombshell news that was paid by Ross Harris for sex three times in the weeks leading up to his son's death. She told the jury he was "very relaxed" when they met and had sex and described him as "dumpy." She slammed his looks, saying, "He just took no care in his appearance."
Elizabeth Smith, 24, was sexting with Ross Harris as his baby son was locked and dying in the hot car. She told the jury that she sent him a text at 5:30am on June 18, 2014 telling him she wanted to perform oral sex on him. They had had sex for the first time in February 2014 in his car, and she said that they were sexting constantly up until the day the baby died.
Alexandra Swindell, 23, told the jury that she and Ross Harris were sexting the day that baby Cooper died. She said she sent him a text message that day and that he sent her numerous pictures of his penis. She described meeting him in person, saying, "He picked me up from my dorm room and we drove to some back road and parking and talking and kissing and eventually I performed oral sex on him and then he drove me home."
