Chelsea Houska’s friend Alex Bawek was arrested earlier this month on child rape charges, but the twisted bust wasn’t the first time he’s been behind bars. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal more past charges against the Teen Mom 2 star.
Bawek, who is married to Houska’s pregnant best friend Brittnee, was arrested on November 18, 2011 for a DUI. “He did drive or was in actual physical control of any vehicle while under the influence of alcoholic beverage, marijuana or such controlled drug or substance,” the complaint obtained from Lincoln County Circuit Court read.
Bawek pled guilty to driving under the influence on January 10, 2012. He was sentenced to 45 days in Lincoln County Jail and was ordered to pay court fines. His jail sentence was suspended. His driver’s license was also revoked for 30 days with a work permit.
But the trouble doesn’t end there. According to a Day County Court docket, Bawek was arrested on July 2, 2010 for possession of alcohol by minor.

Bawek pled guilty on September 8, 2010. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, ordered to pay court fines and had his license suspended for 30 days. The jail sentence was suspended.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Bawek who has appeared on Teen Mom 2 in the past, was arrested on December 6 and charged with felonies 2nd degree sexual assault of child under 16 years of age, child enticement and use a computer to facilitate a child sex crime.
In the criminal complaint obtained from Eau Claire County Court, Bawek posted an ad on Craig’s List that read, “Business stud seeking female or select couple… I am staying in town for the night for work. Have a nice hotel room and would like to have a little warm fun while it’s cold out? No endless emails or games. Again seeking female or couple that likes to have discreet hot fun. Be clean and normal.” An officer responded to the ad posing as a 14-year-old girl named “Arianna.”
After sending dirty texts, the officer sent Bawek a photo of an underage girl in a bikini. When he went to meet with the girl, police made contact with him. “The defendant admitted he was there to meet an underage girl and claimed she said she was 16 or 17 years old," the complaint read. "When the detective asked if she was actually 14, the defendant admitted she was. The defendant also admitted he told her he would like her to wrap her lips around his c**k.”
The State of Wisconsin is seeking to place Bawek on lifetime supervision. He faces between 20 and 40 years in prison for each count. He is expected to appear in court on January 23 at 1:30pm.
