Sean 'Diddy' Combs's prison sentence has been cut short as he continues to campaign for an early release.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs will be getting out of prison earlier than expected as the disgraced rapper continues his bid to shorten his four-year sentence, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
The disgraced hip-hop mogul, 56, will now walk free a month and a half earlier than his previous release date of June 4, 2028.

Combs is currently serving a 50-month sentence at Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution in New Jersey after being convicted in July 2025 on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, earned the early release after being accepted into a drug-abuse rehabilitation program in November.
A rep for the rapper said at the time: "Mr. Combs is an active participant in the Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP) and has taken his rehabilitation process seriously from the start.
"He is fully engaged in his work, focused on growth, and committed to positive change."
It's not the first time the I'll Be Missing You hitmaker's release date has shifted.
Why Was Sean 'Diddy' Combs' Sentence Previously Extended?
Combs' release date was pushed back after he allegedly drank moonshine behind bars.
Combs previously saw his release date pushed back from May 8 to June 4, 2028, following a rocky start to his sentence in late 2025, amid claims he drank moonshine and made an unauthorized three-way call.
He was reportedly caught consuming a concoction of fermented Fanta, sugar, and apples, according to insiders, though the music star's representatives have denied the claims.
"The rumors claiming Mr. Combs was caught with alcohol are completely false," a statement on the Bad Boy Records founder's X account read.
"His only focus is becoming the best version of himself and returning to his family."
'Taking His Sobriety Seriously'
Combs' rep was adamant the rapper is invested on getting clean behind bars,
A spokesperson for the artist also insisted he "has not violated any prison rules," and is instead focused on keeping clean while serving his sentence.
"His sobriety and self-discipline are priorities," the spokesperson said, "and he is taking them seriously."
His prison release comes after Radar revealed the rapper is facing fresh speculation about his finances after selling his matte black private jet from behind bars, in a move insiders claim was both unavoidable and deeply humiliating for a mogul once synonymous with excess.
