Kurt Busch opened up about the rare bond he shared with Kyle Busch.

Beyond the circumstances of Kyle's death, Kurt opened up about what he misses most about the brother he spent decades racing alongside.

"There is no book, there is no outline on what we're supposed to do right now," Kurt said of navigating life after Kyle's death.

"Him and I were carbon copies of each other," he said. "We could speak on track without saying a word."

Kurt added, "I miss the words we never spoke to each other, and the vibe that we had on track."

Their father, Tom Busch, chose not to visit Kyle at the hospital, with Kurt explaining that his dad wanted to preserve his memory of his son in a different way.

"My dad wanted to remember him in the way that he wanted to remember him," Kurt said.
