Josh Duggar 'Teary-Eyed' & Wife Anna 'Stoic' After Guilty Verdict, Ex-Reality Star Faces 40 Years In Prison
Josh Duggar looked over at his family with tears in his eyes as the guilty verdict was read.
According to The Sun, who had a reporter in the Arkansas courtroom, the 33-year-old former reality star-turned-convicted sex offender was "teary-eyed but not crying" before he was cuffed and taken into police custody.
His wife Anna Duggar was "completely stoic" as her father-in-law Jim Bob Duggar hugged her after the guilty verdict was read. Josh's last words to Anna were that he loved her.
She left the courthouse with Jim Bob, Justin Duggar, and his wife, Claire, and did not comment when berated by reporters. Josh's mother Michelle Duggar was not in court for the outcome.
Justin reportedly cried when his brother was slapped with the guilty verdict.
Josh faces up to 40 years in prison after being found guilty on one count of receiving and one count of possessing content depicting the sexual abuse of children.
The judge in his criminal case said the Counting On star's sentencing could take up to four months to hand down.

During the trial, the prosecutor showed the jury "images of children, some as young as 7" being "sexually assaulted, violated and exploited" on Josh's computer. He also had one movie file of 7-to-9-year-old girls being "sexually assaulted, violated and exploited," and another video of a "three-month-old being sexually abused and tortured."
Josh and Anna share 7 children with their youngest being a one-month-old girl.
Josh's wife ran out of court, visibly upset before the photos of children were presented. That wasn't the only time that she ditched him amid the stomach-turning allegations.
Days later, she rushed out of the courtroom again when it was revealed he used the family's Instagram password to access child pornography.
Josh was arrested in April by the FBI. He has been accused of downloading child sexual abuse material – which has been labeled the "worst of the worst" – in May 2019.
He will remain in custody until his sentencing.
