Back Off, Miley! Angry Chris Hemsworth & Wife Elsa Tell Cyrus To Leave Liam Alone

Chris Hemsworth and his wife, Elsa Pataky, have had enough of their former sister-in-law, Miley Cyrus, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively — and have issued her a stern warning to stop playing games with heartbroken Liam.

“They are the ones picking up the pieces,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “And they’ll happily do anything to protect Liam, including shutting Miley out of Liam’s life.”

As RadarOnline.com readers know, the younger Hemsworth brother, 29, moved back to his native Australia in the wake of his messy divorce from Cyrus.

Immediately after breaking up with her husband of less than a year, the singer was spotted in some very public makeout sessions with Brody Jenner’s ex, Kaitlynn Carter. The two women vacationed together in Italy, and held hands at the MTV VMAs. Though the hot and heavy female pair have since split, the damage was done.

Adding insult to injury, Cyrus, 26, released a scathing breakup song aimed at her ex titled “Slide Away.”

“The breakup song, the smear campaign implying he has addiction issues, her texting him at random – it’s all infuriating to them,” the source continued. “They welcomed Miley with open arms even though she was way too wild and immature for their friendship group, and they feel betrayed by her behavior too.”

Cyrus and Hemsworth dated on and off since 2009, when they met on the set of their film, The Last Song. In 2012, they got engaged, only to call it off about a year later. Cyrus went on to date other stars, including model Stella Maxwell, but eventually, she found her way back to Hemsworth and the two were married in December 2018. In August 2019, the two called it quits for good.

Since the split, Cyrus has been living a lavish life in the spotlight, while Hemsworth has taken a decidedly quieter tone, wishing her “nothing but health and happiness going forward,” in an Instagram Story.

But it seems the protective older brother and his wife want to make sure their life “going forward” does not include Cyrus.

“They have conveyed that message to her in a strongly worded text,” the source confessed. “Miley was actually shocked that Chris and Elsa had struck her off and told her in no uncertain terms to stay away from their brother and let him heal.”
