'RHOC' Cast Throws Vicki & Fiance Steve Engagement Party After Proposal Saved Job

Vicki Gunvalson's The Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador threw her and fiancé Steve Lodge an engagement party on Saturday night.

And even Vicki's rival Kelly Dodd apparently showed up for the bash! Vicki, 57, who told producers she would get engaged and married to save her RHOC job, a RadarOnline.com source said, posted a glamorous photo of herself on Instagram.

She wrote as a caption, "Thanks to @tamrajudge and @shannonbeador for hosting such a beautiful engagement party for @stevelodge_oc and I. We loved every minute of it. I'm still trying to learn the 2step. #season14, #finalparty #engagement party."

Gina Kirschenheiter also took to Instagram to post a photo of herself with Kelly, seemingly takene at the event. "One final hoedown for the season…coming soon," she wrote in what appeared to be a cowboy-style party. Cast members also referred to having wrapped the RHOC season via social media.

But Vicki continues to promote her Steve engagement news to keep her place on the Bravo reality show, according to insiders. In early February, Vicki missed the first two weeks of filming RHOC amid her contract negotiations. But after returning from a Bahamas getaway with boyfriend Steve Lodge, Vicki shared a social media video to let fans know that she was still very much a housewife!

Since then, Vicki has filmed for the upcoming RHOC season after she promised to get engaged and then married to Steve to save her TV job, a source told RadarOnline.com.

She announced on Friday, April 26 that Steve had proposed, posting an Instagram photo of the two of them in which she flashed the engagement ring. After that, she showed off a celebratory engagement dinner with Steve, her daughter Briana, and Briana's husband Ryan Culberson. On Friday evening, May 3, Vicki posted a photo of herself on Instagram wearing a sparkly baseball cap which read, "Engaged AF."

As RadarOnline.com reported on May 18, rumors are flying about whether Vicki had been demoted to "friend" status after Us Weekly reported that she was missing from the big group cast photo.

However, Vicki did pose for other pictures for season 14 on the same day.
