Is Teresa Giudice playing happy family for her kids?

Moments after Joe Giudice broke down in tears when learning his deportation appeal was denied, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star posted a photo of him looking happy with their daughters.

“Joe with the girls decorating eggs, days like this I love having photos,” she captioned the sweet snap.

Teresa, 46, later shared videos on her Instagram Story of her working out solo — and without her wedding ring.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, the reality star previously admitted she would not be following Joe, 46, to Italy if he was deported. Though he was recently released from prison after serving three years for fraud, his life has only gone downhill, as now, he may lose his family.

When Joe was first locked behind bars, Teresa said she couldn’t wait for him to come home so they could be a family again, but now, she seems to have moved on. This February, the mom-of-4 was even spotted holding hands with a hot young boy toy!

An immigration lawyer exclusively told RadarOnline.com this Thursday, April 18, that there is “virtually no chance” Joe will avoid deportation. Plus, Teresa already has the divorce papers ready!
