Demi Lovato Struggles To Sell Her Home To Stay Away From Druggie Pals

Demi Lovato is struggling to sell the West Hollywood home where she overdosed, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
The rehabbed singer/actress, 26, is trying to sell the luxurious four-bedroom, six bath mansion which is now a bad memory — but she's currently renting it out for $39,500.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, in September, Lovato put the Hollywood Hills, Calif., mansion up for sale for $9.5 million — just weeks after the "Sober" singer's shocking drug overdose. The asking price has since been reduced to $9 million.
Lovato decided to try to unload the property as she recovered from her relapse at an inpatient rehab facility, a family insider told RadarOnline.com.
She's since checked out of rehab.
The star's caring mother, Dianna Hart, had demanded that her troubled daughter sell the house to keep her away from "druggie" friends, the source said.
According to the insider, Lovato, "doesn't want them to know where she lives" after her rehab.
The home is located near the famed Chateau Marmont hotel behind gates and towers and features panoramic views from downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean on over an acre of land.
Lovato also enjoyed the home's chef's kitchen, walk-in closets, zero-edge pool, outdoor grill, and Gazebo Rotunda and sky lounge terrace, where she could entertain guests.
But Lovato, who also owns another California home, needs a sense of calm more than luxury living these days.

On July 24, Lovato was rushed to the hospital after emergency personnel responded to her home. She was allegedly "unconscious" after a night long bender, according to a 911 call.
In June, Lovato, 25, had shocked fans by confessing she'd relapsed on drugs and alcohol. She admitted it by singing about the problem in her heartbreaking new song "Sober."
The young star had previously spoken about her past cocaine and alcohol abuse and eating disorder and depression.
Following her drug overdose, Lovato was in Cedars- Sinai Medical Center for nearly two weeks.
Then she went into rehab for 90 days, getting released in early November.
Lovato is now writing new music for a post-rehab comeback, a source told RadarOnline.com.
