One Song At A Time! Demi Lovato Writing New Music For Post-Rehab Comeback

Demi Lovato is ready to comeback into her beloved music now that she's gone through rehab to fight her addiction demons — though some close to her worry she may be rushing things.

"Her entire team has made it 100 percent clear there's zero pressure whatsoever in terms of her comeback," a source told RadarOnline.com.

Regardless, continued the source, "Demi finds singing and writing cathartic and has been writing a lot of her own material, which she wants to get in motion pretty quickly."

As RadarOnline.com reported, Lovato has been making major changes in her life since returning from rehab following a near-fatal overdose in July. The 26-year-old singer's nervous family even made her abandon a new friendship with an A-list — and newly sober — fashion designer.

Despite the potential for issues, Lovato has rolled with the punches so far and is determined to focus more and more on her craft.

"She's grateful to be alive and at the stage of her life where she wants to help other people, and her music will reflect that," said the source, adding, "It's all about staying strong and positive — one day at a time, of course."
