She was transported to a local hospital, and is recovering.

The star relapsed on drugs and alcohol after six years sober earlier this year, previously reported.

She admitted the relapse in her new song, “Sober.”

“Demi relapsed about two months ago because she stopped the accountability portion of her recovery,” one source told in June.

The source said she’s been “off the rails” ever since.

Story developing.
