Joe Jonas is selling his bachelor pad.

The actor is engaged to Sophie Turner and it looks like the pair is getting ready to take their relationship to the next stage.

A source revealed: "Joe is head over heals for Sophie Turner. We haven't seen him this happy in ages – probably since their last time the brothers toured together. It's certainly safe to say that their wedding is in the horizon!

"They're finally getting everything in order - they don't need to live in several homes. They've been working to organize everything and rid any non-essential assets to start a fresh life together!"

Jonas has put his luxury farmhouse on the market for $3.7 million.

Known as 'The Sutton House' it is in a prime Sherman Oaks location.

It boasts a large pool, home theater and a guesthouse with a bathroom and a shower.

There are also lush gardens containing a separate Jacuzzi – there are also four bedrooms and six bathrooms on the 5600 square feet estate that sits on an extra large lot.

The couple recently watched his brother Nick Jonas marry Priyanka Chopra in India.

And now they are reportedly preparing their own wedding in 2019 as their relationship goes from strength to strength.

Joe and Sophie - who got engaged in October 2017 - were first romantically linked in early November 2016 after attending a pre-MTV Europe Music Awards Kings of Leon concert in the Netherlands.

And now the performer is getting ready to make a fresh start and by selling his bachelor pad he is making a huge statement.
