Jenelle's Mom Taking Her To Court Over Road Rage Fight: 'We Got To Get The Kids Out!'

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

After Jenelle Evans pulled out a gun on a driver during a road rage incident with her 9-year-old son in the car on last week's episode, her mom has decided to take her to court! On the Teen Mom 2 season finale, Barbara reached out to her lawyer to take custody away from Evans.

After the incident, Evans met her mom Barbara to drop Jace off.

"Did you pull a gun on him? That's what he's telling me," Barbara asked, as Evans responded, "No I didn't Jace. Why are you saying I pulled a gun out on him? I did not do that."

When Barbara told her daughter not to follow "crazy people," Evans responded, "I'm protected all the time. The point is you don't tailgate people."

When Barbara got home, she called Nathan Griffith, the father of Evans' youngest son Kaiser.

"I am so shaken by this," Barbara told Griffith. "When Jenelle left therapy with Jace, who was sitting in the front seat, some guy was giving her road rage. Instead of her letting the guy go, she follows him. She pulled a gun out. Jace was in the front seat. What if he had a gun and shot Jenelle? What if it killed Jace?"

Griffith responded, "She should've just let him go and went back to her house. A lot of people have road rage, it doesn't mean you act like a maniac and start pulling guns on people."

Barbara then said, "We got to get these kids out of that house. This is bad. I got a call into my attorney. We're going to court to get him out of his house. This is serious s**t. We need to get Kaiser out."

Later on in the episode, Evans threatened to quit next season of Teen Mom 2 if her husband David Eason can't film. Eason was fired from the show earlier this season because of homophobic comments.

Leah Messer learned on last week's episode that her daughter Ali, who suffers from muscular dystrophy, had her aid taken away at school because of budget cuts.

"I'm about to call my attorneys," Messer told her friend. "They do special needs cases against the schools. They would be held liable if something happened to her."

Because her daughter hasn't been feeling well, she brought her to see Dr. Tsao. Ali has been falling asleep during the day, throwing up, and has been feeling numbness in her arms and legs.

After an examination, he said, "Her strength is still quite good. Your muscular dystrophy can make you tired. We have to continue to evaluate her."

The doctor ordered a sleep study test for her.

"One of the breathing tests she did was low," she explained. "It was supposed to be 400 to 500 range and it was 186. They're going to send a machine to help exercise her lungs to keep them strong. This is a forever machine."

She added, "All the adults that had this type died from lung failure. I don't want anything to happen to my baby."

Also on the episode, Chelsea Houska's daughter Aubree visited Adam Lind's parents. Houska later learned that Lind visited their daughter Aubree at his parents' home despite a court order that he can only see her at a visitation center.

"A judge decided it's unsafe for him to see her without being at a supervised center and now his parents think it's okay?" Houska's husband Cole DeBoer said. "You're nice and let her go there and not shut her out of their life… It's a slap in the face!"

"I don't want to go back to court with her," Houska said. "I don't want to fight her. She gave zero f**ks."

Houska explained how her lawyer is going to send Lind's parents a letter.

"If you do not wish to follow the order then Chelsea will have no choice but to move to court to terminate your time with Aubree," the email read.

"I'm not going to have her around someone who is a drug addict," she told her mom. Lind tested positive for meth during a court-ordered drug test last year.

After the email was sent, Lind's mom came to her house.

"She started apologizing non-stop," Houska explained to a producer. "She said, 'It's all my fault. I got your letter.' She said they misunderstood. She said there was a lot of family and people. She said it will absolutely never happen again."

As for Kailyn Lowry, she signed papers for baby daddy Jo Rivera to have 50/50 custody of their son Isaac.

"I've had primary custody of Isaac for his whole life," Lowry said. "I don't think any mom or dad even would want to sign custody over. In the state of Delaware it's 50/50."

Her second baby daddy Javi Marroquin later vented to her about leaving Miami after fighting with on-again, off-again girlfriend Briana DeJesus' mom. Marroquin was supposed to take care of DeJesus after her plastic surgery procedures, but left when her family showed up.

"Her mom was talking nonsense," he told Lowry. "She thought I was using her daughter for exposure. It was disrespectful to me."

Meanwhile in Florida, DeJesus argued with Roxanne for fighting with Marroquin about his intentions.

When she told her mother she shouldn't have fought with him, Roxanne responded, "Just like it wasn't the time or place to meet you at Dr. Miami's office to have that discussion."

DeJesus responded, "You're right. But you still shouldn't have done that. This is your fault!"

When Roxanne asked if DeJesus is in love with Marroquin, she walked away.
