It wasn't a happy Easter for Chelsea Houska. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the Teen Mom 2 star's troubled baby daddy Adam Lind broke their custody agreement by seeing their daughter outside of a visitation center on the holiday.
"Chelsea let his parents have her for a couple of hours," a source close to Houska, 25, told RadarOnline.com. "It wasn't their time to have her."
After the visit, Aubree, 8, told her mother that Lind was at his parents' home for the holiday. "She's livid and won't do that any more," the insider said. "These grandparents haven't learned a damn thing. Can definitely tell where Adam gets the law and rules don't apply to him attitude!"
Houska isn't letting her baby daddy get away with breaking the rules, as she, "emailed her lawyer to find out what her next step should be."
Lind, 28, even posted a Snapchat photo with his daughter despite the court ruling.
In January, Lind's parenting time was modified to a visitation center. The Clerk of Court for Lincoln County told RadarOnline.com at the time, "One weekend a month Aubree will be with his parents from Friday to Sunday. Adam may not be present when Aubree is with Donna."
The change in custody came after Lind was arrested on November 2 for domestic assault against an ex-girlfriend. He was arrested again on December 5 for violating the no-contact order in the case. His ex-fiancée Stasia Huber filed a restraining order against Lind on November 7. The judge granted the protection order for five years.
Lind also tested positive for amphetamines and methamphetamines in a court-ordered drug test in a custody case involving his youngest daughter Paislee with ex-girlfriend Taylor Halbur.
A source told RadarOnline.com in March that Lind had not set up a time to see his daughter at a visitation center at that time.
