Maci Bookout’s Baby Daddy Ryan Edwards Proposes To Girlfriend Mackenzie

Ryan Edwards’ girlfriend caught the bouquet at Maci Bookout’s wedding – and now she’s the next Teen Mom star to walk down the aisle! Edwards proposed to Mackenzie Standifer after only months of dating.

“Getting married,” Edwards captioned a photo of the stunning oval engagement ring, which features a diamond halo and band.

According to his Instagram, he popped the question at Waffle House.

Edwards and Standifer have had a whirlwind relationship, as Bookout revealed on a November episode of TMOG that they moved in together soon after they began dating.

Standifer was also a guest at Bookout’s October wedding to Taylor McKinney, as she was filmed catching the bouquet.

Although Bookout hasn’t gotten along with Edwards’ girlfriends in the past, she brought Standifer to tears when thanking her for being a mother figure to her son Bentley.

“I am so happy that when Bentley is with you, you can be his mother and treat him like your own child,” Bookout told her in a deleted scene. “I just want to let you know, I really, really appreciate you.”

Bookout continued, “All I ever wanted was for Ryan to find someone that makes him happy and a woman that will treat my son, as their own child because I am not there. So, we are both his mother.”

This is Edwards’ second engagement. He proposed to Bookout before the birth of their son in 2008.
