The women of Teen Mom 2 and Teen Mom OG never disappoint when it comes to bringing drama to the small screen, but nothing compares to the scandals their baby daddies have been involved in over the years! From Adam Lind's lengthy arrest record to Tyler Baltierra's drug use, check out the top 20 baby daddy scandals of all time.
What hasn't Adam Lind done? Chelsea Houska's baby daddy has been arrested for possession of alcohol by minor, no driver's license, careless driving, disorderly conduct, three DUIs, failure to pay child support and more.
But he didn't learn his lesson, as he had two warrants out for his arrest for failing to pay $3,805 in child support to Houska and $5,489 in child support to his second baby mama Taylor Halbur. Multiple sources confirmed to RadarOnline.com that he has missed many bi-monthly weekend visits with Aubree. "Chelsea has heard many stories about Adam's partying, and is obviously concerned," a family insider told RadarOnline.com. On last season of TM2, he ditched their daughter's father-daughter dance.
Lind's ex-girlfriend Jessica Nicole obtained a restraining order against him in 2014. She claimed Lind "kicked open the door" and started "choking" and "hitting her." "I was told… that he would come after my family and that he would 'crush my skull,'" she wrote in the court documents. The protection order was denied. Another of Lind's exes, Brooke Beaton, filed a restraining order against him as well. "Adam grabbed me by the back of the arms and threw me to the side," she wrote. "By the time I got down the stairs, he was gone. He took off running." Beaton later dropped the charges.
Although Houska's husband Cole DeBoer is often praised for being the opposite of Lind, he has a criminal record himself! According to court papers obtained from the South Dakota Unified Judicial System, DeBoer was arrested on February 21, 2010 for possession of alcohol by a minor. He entered no plea during his initial appearance on March 5, 2010. The case was later dismissed on April 30, 2010.
Leah Messer confessed to cheating on ex-husband Corey Simms twice throughout their relationship, but he allegedly did the same to his wife Miranda Simms. On the TM2 reunion special, Messer hinted at a secret affair. "Things happened that shouldn't have happened and it was disrespectful to Miranda and I have apologized," Leah confessed. "That's the only time that I disrespected her. Any other time I have never, ever let my kids say anything about her. I even told them that I expect them to respect Miranda as their stepmom."
Messer's second ex-husband Jeremy Calvert was accused of straying with tattoo model Melissa Marie during their marriage. A friend told RadarOnline.com that Calvert direct messaged her and they exchanged naughty photos. A few weeks into their online relationship, he asked her to visit him before disappearing. He began contacting her again seven months later. "They definitely had sex," the friend claimed. "Jeremy told Melissa he was falling for her." But then he disappeared again, as she saw photos of him with Messer on social media. And she wasn't the only one, as he also had a reported sleepover with single mom Brittany Musick.
The father of Jenelle Evans' first son, Jace, hasn't been involved in his son's life since his birth. But in 2015, Evans claimed he contacted her. "He contacted me about two months ago, and it was a drunk message at 3:00 in the morning. It was crazy. It was random stuff like, 'You won't let me see Jace. This is no fair.'" Although Evans has allowed him to see her son, he refuses to go to North Carolina to visit him.
Evans' second baby daddy Nathan Griffith wasn't much better, as he was arrested in March 2015 for ripping her engagement ring off during a fight. "They started screaming at each other and he told her he wanted the ring back," a source told RadarOnline.com. "Nathan pinned her on the toilet seat and wrestled her for the ring and ripped it off her finger. It cut her finger."
Evans filed for sole custody of Kaiser in November because of Griffith's behavior recently. "The real reason he isn't seeing Kaiser is because he's mentally unstable and he's telling people she's just being a b***h," a source told RadarOnline.com. According to the court documents filed, "Defendant communicated to plaintiff that defendant's mental health is not stable and that he is unable to care for the minor child."
But Evans' soon-to-be baby daddy David Eason isn't perfect! He was accused of choking and threatening his first baby mama on April 19, 2014. "The defendant did assault redacted, a female person, by grabbing the victim around the throat and saying to the victim, 'I will kill you b****,'" the documents obtained from the New Hanover Clerk of Court's office read. He was found not guilty during his court date on July 24.
Eason began serving a five-month prison sentence for drug, larceny, and breaking and entering charges on July 30, 2014, six days after his domestic violence court date.
But the drama wasn't over for Eason, as he was sentenced to prison for 60 days for violating the domestic violence protective order his baby mama filed. "Defendant was in the same location as the child, who was out with his grandmother and aunt when defendant approached and hugged his child," the warrant read. He was arrested on March 28 and taken into custody at the New Hanover County Detention Facility in Castle Hayne, North Carolina. He has appealed the ruling and is waiting for his upcoming court date.

Kailyn Lowry's ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera was arrested with his brother, Edward Rivera, on February 13, 2011 on suspicion of being under the influence. The two were pulled over "because sparks were flying out from the undercarriage of the car." Police said both brothers were "found to be under the influence of marijuana."
In Lowry's book Hustle & Heart, she blamed the end of her marriage on Javi Marroquin's jealously issues. "When he did things like demanding that I unlock my phone to prove I had nothing to hide, or calling me constantly when I was enjoying time with friends to make sure I wasn't doing anything 'sneaky' behind his back, it became clearer and clearer how little my husband trusted me," she penned. "I had done nothing to make him doubt me. I never lied, never went behind his back and I was never unfaithful. For some reason, he was convinced otherwise."
Maci Bookout's first baby daddy Ryan Edwards has come under fire over the years for his apathetic parenting style. But on the most reason season of TMOG, his behavior was blamed on drug use. "Is it me or is Ryan Edwards totally drugged out on tonight's episode," one user tweeted of his bulging eyes, as another commented, "Holy Ryan just looks higher than a kite in the scene." But Edwards denied drug use when asked by photographers.
He was criticized yet again when he admitted to shooting feral cats on his property. "I'm not killing people pets," he told RadarOnline.com. "Feral cats, and just like a raccoon or possum, I have to get them off my property. People act like I'm shooting them with a rile. It's a damn BB gun that just scared them off." But his excuse didn't hold up, as he was investigated by police for animal cruelty.
Maci Bookout's baby daddy Taylor McKinney's clothing business TTM Lifestyle, LCC, has been inactive since August 6, 2016. "This business was dissolved for failing to file an annual report," a spokesperson for the Secretary of State exclusively told RadarOnline.com. "The report is used to maintain an entity status of an active business. It tells us your management structure, number of members, number of addresses on file etc." Although they are still allowed to sell, they will have to pay fines for the business to be reinstated.
Tyler Baltierra may be one of the best Teen Mom dad's out there, but he has battled with drug use in the past. Only one week after placing his oldest daughter Carly with another family, he was arrested with wife Catelynn Lowell for marijuana possession. "I arrived on the scene, and observed one of the make subjects throw something on the ground," the responding officer wrote. "The subjects then began to walk away." When he stopped them, they admitted to smoking marijuana. They pled guilty and paid a $200 fine. But the drug use didn't stop there, as Baltierra admitted to smoking weed on the most recent season of TMOG.
But he didn't only experiment with marijuana, as he tweeted, "I have a defective brain and used coke, pills, shrooms, LSD, ecstasy, etc. I just chose not to deny my weakness w/ drugs. In his book Conquering Chaos, he admitted to experimenting with alcohol, cigarettes and marijuana at only 8 years old. He also admitted to drinking cough syrup, snorting pills, huffing air duster and abusing cocaine.
Amber Portwood's ex-fiancé Gary Shirley was slapped with a tax warrant for $7,805.23 on August 26, 2014. He paid up over five months later on February 4, 2015. More scandals hit Shirley when he was busted driving with a handicap placard even though he has no known disability! "He hopped out of his car and walked right into the store," an onlooker told RadarOnline.com. "He looked perfectly healthy!"
