The Willis Family's Toby Willis was arrested on Friday, September 9 for the alleged rape of an underage girl. And RadarOnline.com has obtained an exclusive arrest warrant that exposes more details on the shocking crime!
The warrant obtained from the Muhlenberg County District Court in Kentucky revealed Willis "unlawfully violated the laws of Tennessee having been charged with the commission of a crime (rape of a child) and having fled from justice."

The father of 12 was picked up by the Greenville Police Department at 3:55 pm after fleeing from Tennessee.
He is currently being held without bond. He appeared in court earlier today.
"The judge did waive extradition," a Deputy Clerk from the District Court exclusively told RadarOnline.com. "He will be transferred back to Tennessee. Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has 60 days to pick him up from the jail."
According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations, he had an alleged sexual encounter with an underage female 12 years ago.
The Willis Family ran on TLC for two seasons before its cancellation in April.
The show followed his life with wife Brenda and their 12 children as they worked to have a musical career in Nashville.
