'Little Women' Star Briana Renee Shunning Friends, Family After Scary Medical Crisis
Less than a week after her release from the hospital, pregnant Little Women: LA star Briana Renee is still shunning her concerned loved ones, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
"She isn't allowing any friends or family to visit her," an insider tells RadarOnline.com of the Lifetime reality star, 35, who is resting at home following the premature contractions that led to her two-week hospitalization. "Her parents are desperately reaching out to others to try to get some sense of how's she doing, because she's completely shut them out. It's all so sad."
And though she was once tight with costars including Terra Jole and Christy McGinity Gibel, "Briana refuses to speak to anyone other than producers and Matt," the source adds, referring to her controversial husband, Matt Grundhoffer, 39.
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Renee's father Robert Kealiher blamed his daughter's isolation on Grundhoffer.
"Matt doesn't let us speak to her. This guy has control of her phone and he answers her texts," he said.

However, the mother of Leiana vehemently denied her father's accusations, claiming she shut down hospital visitations to focus on her health.
Fortunately, despite the ongoing feud, "Briana and the baby are doing well," a rep for the singer reveals to RadarOnline.com. "She's currently on bed rest."
After pulling out of an appearance at San Diego's RuPaul's Drag Con, Renee spent time with Leiana over the weekend, the rep adds.
Fans of the Lifetime reality show will be able to catch all the recent drama next season: After a brief hiatus, the star will continue filming tomorrow.
Renee has sparked controversy on the series with her whirlwind romance and marriage to Grundhoffer, who as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, has a murky history of domestic violence and DUI arrests.
