Tiger Woods' alleged mistress, Amanda Boyd Dufner, has bought a Jupiter, Florida, house — and it's just miles away from the famed golfer's palatial estate!
Property records exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com show that Dufner purchased the three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 3,000 sq.-ft. pad for $675,000 in May 2015.
"Amanda's new home is only nine miles away from Tiger's 50,000-plus-sq.-ft beachfront mansion," an insider pointed out to Radar.
While there have been no recent public sightings of Dufner and Woods, 40, together, pals believe that "there is still something going on between the two."
Woods and Dufner reportedly had a steamy sexual fling last spring that sunk his relationship with Olympic skiing champ Lindsey Vonn and contributed to the break up of her marriage to Woods' pro-golfer pal, Jason Dufner, 38.
"Something is going on between Amanda and Tiger," insisted one pal. "She's from Alabama and just happens to move to Jupiter, Fl., and buys a place just miles away from Tiger's in the middle of their steamy affair?"
"Amanda is flirtatious and Tiger has always had a thing for her, he can't resist her," added the friend. "Amanda knows this and I wouldn't be surprised if this is all part of her plan to become the next Mrs. Tiger Woods."
Woods' 28-year-old fling had no problem paying cash for her new home. According to court docs, Dufner received a $2.5 million lump sum payment as well as a Mercedes SUV as part of her divorce settlement.
