Madonna may not have a very merry holiday season this year!

According to Page Six, the pop queen's custody battle with ex Guy Ritchie over their 15-year-old son Rocco has turned into an all-out war.

After Rocco accompanied Madonna on her Rebel Heart tour this year, the teenager returned to his film director father in London, where he hoped to stay.

"He has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York," Ritchie's attorney Eric Buckley told the publication .

Allegedly upset by this, Madonna went to a Manhattan judge (where her divorce took place in 2009), who ordered Rocco to return to the United States to "face his mother" before announcing his decision to live with Ritchie.

A source close to the case suspected that Rocco might go against Judge Kaplan's orders, however.

Meanwhile, as Radar previously reported, the "Like A Virgin" hit-maker has been busy defending ex-husband Sean Penn, whom she has reportedly been hooking up with again, in his defamation lawsuit against Empire's Lee Daniels.

Will Madonna get her way or will this be another dramatic holiday break for the shattered family?
