Another day, another legal drama for Adam Lind!

The Teen Mom 2 dad, 23, was arrested March 23 on a warrant for failure to appear in court, Deputy Olson of the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office in South Dakota exclusively tells RadarOnline.com.

"He posted bond and was released from custody," Deputy Olson says, adding that Lind was forced to fork over a hefty $874.41.

The troubled construction worker, the father of 23-year-old MTV star Chelsea Houska's daughter Aubree, 5, ditched a December 2 hearing related to a child support case.

Sources tell RadarOnline.com that Lind failed to keep up with child support payments relating to his 1-year-old daughter Paislee with aspiring model ex-girlfriend Taylor Halbur, 25.

Last fall, RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that Halbur filed papers with the Department of Social Services to get Lind to pay up.

"Taylor was tired of Adam not paying child support, and now that Paislee is older, she thought it was about time that Adam step up and pay his part," a source explained.

Unfortunately, it seems Halbur never received the financial help from her wayward baby daddy.

Lind is next expected to appear in court on April 14 in relation to the case, Deputy Olson reveals.

Late last year, the MTV bad boy had a separate legal battle with another ex, Brooke Beaton, 26.

Beaton filed a restraining order against Lind, claiming he attacked her at a dirt bike race on November 28.

"Adam grabbed me by the back of the arms and threw me to the side," she alleged. "I am very scared for my safety."

A month later, the order was dismissed in court at Beaton's request. Stalking charges connected to the altercation were also dropped.
