Just days after RadarOnline.com revealed that Amber Portwood had split from her much older boyfriend Matt Baier, the couple is back on, sources say.

The 24-year-old Teen Mom star, who began dating Massachusetts native Baier, 43, in September, spent Super Bowl Sunday together.

"AP holding my hand and nacho chips— best Super Bowl EVER!!!" the New England Patriots fan tweeted, which Portwood promptly retweeted.

According to an insider, the pair break up and make up all the time.

"They have a very tumultuous relationship," the source tells RadarOnline.com. "They get into big fights and Matt says he’s moving out. But then hours later, they act like everything is fine."

Portwood, the mother of 6-year-old Leah, has already been riding an emotional rollercoaster. Her beloved father, Shawn Sr., died  from liver complications days before Christmas.
