Kids In Danger? Troubled ‘Teen Mom’ Pill Popper Leah Messer ‘Falling Asleep All The Time’

Leah Messer has consistently denied having a drug problem— but according to sources, the Teen Mom 2 star has been acting like a woman under the influence.

“She keeps falling asleep all the time,” a source tells .

The 22-year-old mother of three— who as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, is under the steady watch of friends who believe she has a serious painkiller habit — infamously nodded off on camera while filming her hit MTV reality show in a shocking August episode.

Now, Life & Style reports, friends are concerned for the stay-at-home mom’s three daughters: 4-year-old twins Ali and Aleeah, and 20-month-old Adalynn.

Pals “are worried that she’s falling asleep when she’s supposed to be watching the kids,” the insider reveals. “She could lose everything is she doesn’t shape up.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Messer’s husband, Jeremy Calvert, 25, accused her of cheating with drug-addled ex Robbie Kidd in an explosive Twitter rant two weeks ago.

The West Virginia native has denied the allegations, and recently tweeted her love for her pipeline engineer hubby.

“It’s such a beautiful day, & I’m so blessed to be able to spend it with my family!” Messer posted. “I love you @Calvert505!!!”

Though her marriage may be on the mend, Messer is still battling ex-husband Corey Simms over custody of their twins.
