Shocking Twist: Woman With Restraining Order Against ‘Baywatch’ Babe Alexandra Paul Arrested By Immigration Officials, Will Be Deported To Germany

The battle between former Baywatch babe Alexandra Paul and her friend turned bitter enemy, Nicole Albrecht, has taken a shocking turn.
Germany native Albrecht, 32, and her mother, Petra, were arrested on September 4 on immigration violations, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokesperson Virginia Kice exclusively confirms to RadarOnline.com.
“Department of Homeland Security databases reveal the women most recently entered the U.S. in September 2011 under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP), which authorized them to remain here no more than three months,” Kice continues. “ICE is currently in the process of making arrangements to repatriate the Albrechts to Germany.”
Albrecht’s friend, Richard Wheeler, tells RadarOnline.com that officers raided the Pacific Palisades, California, residence at 7 am, whisking away the promotion manager’s 11-year-old brother, Jayson, and leaving her 78-year-old grandmother, Anni, home alone.
“A minor who was with the women at the time of their arrest was turned over the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services due to concerns about the youth’s true familial relationship,” a source tells RadarOnline.com. “ICE is in contact with German authorities regarding the matter.”
Wheeler, who says he is hoping to gain custody of the young boy, believes Paul and her husband, Ian Murray, are behind the sudden arrest.
“They made this happen,” Wheeler insists. “I know it’s true. It’s very suspect. It was an inside job. This doesn’t normally happen.”
In August, Albrecht slapped Paul with a restraining order after the actress allegedly attempted to attack her with her car.
“As we were in the left lane and tried to pass a white Toyota SUV that happened to be Alexandra Paul’s, she slowed down abruptly and for no reason changed lanes in front of us and jerked her car over into our left lane, and there were no other cars around us,” Wheeler, a passenger, said in Los Angeles court documents. “Frightened, Nicole moved into the right hand lane and tried to pass her, and then Ms. Paul quickly came half way into our right hand lane and tried to run us off the road!”
Last year, Albrecht got a temporary restraining order against Paul, alleging the star tried to ban her from the community pool. Paul then obtained the same order against Albrecht.
A court hearing is scheduled for September 16, but now that Albrecht is in custody, there’s no word on if it will still occur.
