Khloé Kardashian enjoyed a night of romantic revelry with her rumored new love interest, rapper French Montana -- and RadarOnline.com has got a video of their physical pow wow and other startling details of the new romance!

In the clip, obtained by Star, Khloé looks wasted and numb with her arms around the rapper's waist as they partied at a recording studio in Los Angeles on March 26, following a session with another hip-hop artist, Anjali.

The youngest of Kardashian sisters, 29, was getting quite touchy-feely with the (also) 29-year-old hip-hopper, whose real name is Karim Kharbouch -- though an eyewitness told our friends at Star that the physical contact might just have been to keep her balance!

"It was more likely to keep from falling off her chair," the onlooker explained. "There were empty liquor bottles all over the place, and after a couple of hours, Khloe's eyes were half-shut.

"At one point, French sat on Khloé's lap and kissed her as she rubbed his back. But after a couple of hours, Khloé was slurring her words and her eyes were half-shut."

And while Khloé might have latched onto the Morocco-born music-maker like he's a big teddy bear, the new report from Star indicates that's not the case, as he's got a detailed criminal record -- including an arrest on domestic violence charges in the past year.

Montana, according to police records, was involved in a skirmish with his estranged wife Nadine at her New Jersey house last July when he was there to take their 4-year-old son Kruz for a visit. After Nadine contacted the authorities, he turned himself in, and was eventually charged with simple assault, though it was subsequently dismissed. (She not-so-cryptically tweeted stays later, "Being hit by a man is wrong. Especially in front of your child.")

That's hardly the only police blotter the Cocaine City Records CEO has made, however, as he and his entourage have been plagued by legal issues dating back six years, including arrests for credit card fraud and the aforementioned domestic violence charges; as well as a number of violent incidents, including the shooting death of a man outside his tour bus in Philadelphia last year.

Of course, the Kardashian family is known for circling the wagons when a perceived threat arises -- just ask Ellen Kardashian, Kris Humphries or Lamar Odom -- and Montana better keep his nose clean if he wants to be welcome in Calabasas.

"After she had to deal with all of Lamar's problems, the last thing her family wants is for Khloé to go off the rails herself," a source told the magazine. "Hooking up with a guy like French is going from the frying pan into the fire."
