They are both transgender teens — Arin was born a girl and Katie was born a boy, and they open up to daytime talk show host Trisha Goddard about their unconventional love story and struggles, and RadarOnline.com has the exclusive sneak peek.
Both teens spent their entire lives feeling like they were born in the wrong bodies and both were bullied, isolated and suicidal, until two years ago, when they met, fell in love, and began their transitions together.
